We recycle hardwood from power poles, bridges and building demolition.
Nails and bolts are removed by hand before the timber is graded and sorted into species. Power poles and bridge timbers are then milled into boards and dried in our kiln. The boards are then skip dressed and packed ready to be crafted into a unique piece for your unique space.
We work exclusively with our own timber from a variety of sustainable sources, from recycled hardwood to storm affected and already fallen trees, trees needing removal for safety around power lines and homes. All this means our complete inventory is 100% sustainable and unique.
Choose between recycled or salvaged slab timber, both of which a wide variety of breathtaking species in the likes of messmate, blackwood, blackbutt, spotted gum, oak, grey box, red gum, ash and many more.
Our ever increasing variety of handmade steel bases are inlaid with matching timber that offer an exceptional finish. By using locally black smithed steel, we are afforded more freedom in design and greater strength.
Define the size, shape, edge style, fill colour and more. We design and create tables and benchtops to suit any environment from boardrooms to cafe tables and everything in between.
All of our tables are hand finished with various surface options, including brushed, scraped or smooth textured and finished with our nontoxic water based coatings.
